Contract Our contracts are based on a “line item takeoff” meaning you will receive a complete list of every item in your project with all material and labor prices shown. Green We use green building techniques & products wherever possible. Craftsmanship Attention to detail both in exterior and interior trim packages. We do all the work ourselves from siding to custom cabinets, all to your exact expectations.We are on the job site every day, not a subcontractor you don’t know.
